Beyond vocabulary and grammar, we will focus on holistic development: meaning-making in real-world contexts, psychological, cultural, social, and phonetic aspects. Much emphasis is placed on integrating reading, writing, listening, and speaking and on developing metacognition (awareness of your learning process) and self-regulation (the ability to apply the right learning strategies). Specific skill areas of interest, like presentations, academic or professional writing, and proficiency test preparation can also be addressed.
